Smallest Member of VPV

Minh, our very own VPV Saigon branch manager lives in Peace House 3 with us. Here, he runs the show as well as deals with our international volunteer problems and concerns day in and day out. Minh lives here with his wife and beautiful baby girl. Sometimes, the girls in the house steal em bé bé because she's so precious.
